Pick a billing interval
Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to choose how you want to be billed. Annual saves 20%.
Click Start free trial
You’ll be redirected to a secure checkout page to enter your payment details. You’re not charged today — your card is held for after the trial.
Switch between monthly and annual
If you’re already on Pro, you can change billing intervals at any time from the pricing page.- Visit hedwigbot.xyz/pricing.
- Toggle between Monthly and Annual.
- Click Switch to yearly billing (or Switch back to monthly billing) below the plan card.
You can only switch billing intervals on the web if your subscription was purchased through the web checkout. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS or Android app must be managed in the App Store or Google Play.
Manage or cancel your subscription
The Manage subscription link on the pricing page opens your billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, change plans, or cancel.- Subscribed on the web: click Manage subscription to open the secure billing portal.
- Subscribed in the iOS or Android app: changes must be made in your Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. The web app will direct you there with a confirmation message.
When to upgrade
Upgrade to Pro when any of the following apply:- You send more than 10 invoices, payment links, or 3 contracts in a month and want to remove the cap.
- You want the AI assistant to summarize your day, draft follow-ups, or surface unpaid invoices.
- You want to drag in PDF invoices or contracts and have Hedwig OCR and classify them automatically.
- You have retainer clients and want recurring invoices to send themselves on a schedule.
- You need multiple payout bank accounts across countries to receive offramped funds.
- You want full revenue history and tax planning views for your accountant.

Your card is charged for the interval you selected (monthly or annual) and Pro features stay enabled. Cancel any time during the 7 days to avoid the charge.

Yes. Cancel from Manage subscription. You stay on Pro until the end of the current period, then move back to Free. Your data, clients, and invoices remain intact.
